Maintenance / New Construction Contract Services.
Should your facility need on-call or regular scheduled construction services / renovation, or has on-going maintenance projects, Torrado offers contract agreements. Agreements can include regular rotation services dictated by the facilities' needs, as well as, the responsibility for contracting with external parties on behalf of the Institution, making us a one-stop shop for the facilities manager.
